I think after a lot of studying i am going to go with the Wilson combat tactical hunter in my 6.8 spc i will have an tac scope for long range and a trijicion r30 reflex scope for medium and close in shooting. i plan to sponsor and coordinate a few mili -spec 3 gun matches soon i will let you know when, what and where they will heldthese are comparisons of the 6.8spc cartridge and its a cousins, good overall round to use long-range and short range with great terminal velocity
in choosing this cartridge i have taken in consideration that i have used the 5.56/223 in the service and found that it had difficult in stopping the treat and was a major factor in choosing this caliber
these are some choices for you if you reload in the Barnes line of bullet heads to choose i prefer an green ballistic tip bullet 115gr comparable to the stopping power of the 7.62x39mm
this is the r30, that i will place on my Wilson tactical hunter! I chose this because of the fact i wont have to change batteries in the dark like some other reflex scopes awesome!

my favorite watches the vector and the x-lander military versions

about 230 to 350 look around on the web you'll find good prices!

these are my favorite boots for the price of 99.95 from alltama boot company

6.8 spc good urban round ? i think so! 5.56 55 gr 0r 6.8 spc 125 gr projectile id pick the 6.8 spc

I will be useing this cartiage by the end of the summer ,i have not decided which rifle i will choose for myself there are a lot of great rifles out there but i have to pick which one, That i will pick to use in my matches both long range and for my 3 gun matches. i live in and around an urban area, Where there are short, mid and long range threat possiblities, in these three areas ,I like to be sure that i pick the rifle thats both accurate has a lot of knockdown power and easy to maintain! and not cumbersome to carry . and reflex scope and an easy attach long range scope that will maintain accurate zero even when i take it off and on, Thats another post later on that i will ramble about until then take care see you at the range!
