PART 2 REALITIES OF BALLISTIC WOUNDS
: WARNING GRAPHIC IMAGES DO NOT VIEW IF BOTHERED BY GRAPHIC IMAGES
Rules of Terminal Ballistics:
There ain’t no magic bullets!
Only center hits count.
Make the biggest diameter hole you can to let blood out and air in.
Small bullets may expand, but big bullets never shrink.
Make the deepest hole you can to insure that vital organs and nerve centers can be reached and destroyed from all impact angles.
“Service” your threat until it is no longer a threat.
No small arm can guarantee 100% instant incapacitation of a determined adversary - man or beast.
Don’t believe manufacturer’s claims.
Inconsequential increments are meaningless.
Most gun writers are pathological liars.
Permanent Cavity - The permanent “hole” left in the target by the bullet’s passage. It is caused by the crushing and cutting effect of the bullet. Depending on the bullet’s design it can be quite large in diameter or hardly noticeable. Pointed or round nose non-expanding, non-tumbling bullets make the smallest holes.
Penetration Depth - The final depth of the projectile’s penetration at the end of the permanent cavity.
Semi-wadcutter - A bullet designed with a sharp bore diameter shoulder that enhances its cutting action without requiring expansion.
Stopping Power - A popular but imprecise term meaning Wound Trauma Incapacitation.
Temporary Cavity - The boundary of the temporary displacement of tissue by the hydrostatic effect (fluid pressure) of the bullets passage.
Wound Trauma Incapacitation (WTI) - The inability of a human or animal to continue purposeful action due to the effects of being struck by a penetrating missile.
NOTICE:The entry wound at base of neck and the exit out the shoulder this would require at least 2 to get off the battle space
take for example this sniper team could have possible taken the guy out of the fight (look above picture of the neck wound) Plus maybe two to three other enemy combatants if the 53 pounds psi wound non lethal and theory that the target survived that wound be three combative off the feild for an moment which would maybe turn the momentum of the fight.
check this guy out he is a victem of and mexican drug cartel shootout more intently he died of .30 caliber wounds he was completely down and out of the fight
notice the large amount of blood from yhis leg wound probably femeral artrey was hit which ultimately lead to his final day and an bleedout and example would be something like this
.30 cal 308 projectile damage inflicted above!
With the technology of to days ballistic science and ammonution design the bullets of today will cause devestating wounds with exit hole of very large diameter

EXAMPLES OF HOLLOW POINTS AND NOMEICLATURE
Interestingly, while the hunter, police officer, or civilian has always been interested in the immediate termination of all actions of the individual or animal that was shot, the military hierarchy is for the most part, primarily interested in creating a wound that will require medical treatment and hopefully the use of several other enemy troops to help the individual who was hit - which takes several people out of combat effectiveness with one wound. Thus, the military considers that an “effective” hit as one that simply delivers approximately 53 foot pounds (some sources say 35) of energy to the target rather than one that instantly shuts down the target. OK I HAVE TALKED ABOUT GUNS AND BULLETS LETS SEE SOME WOUNDS CONTRIBUTED TO MILITARY AMMUNITION AND THE BALLISTICS RESULT OF THE WOUNDS AND THE CHOICE OF USEING THEM IN SELF DEFENSE
I AM NOT A FORENSIC SCIENTIST BUT I DO KNOW AT LITTLE ABOUT WOUNDS. WARNING DUE TO THE GRAPHIC IMAGES IN THE FOLLOWING ARTICLES THESE SHOULD NOT BE SHOWN TO CHILDREN OR THOSE TIMED OF GRAPHIC IMAGES SHOULD NOT VIEW ITS CONTENTS!these are some of the common rounds that cause terminal wound creation and in my thinking is a view by someone who would use the different ammunition in an law enforcement or survivalist end of the world event. You say that you cant decide which round you would want to defend yourself with or use well maybe i can help you in this choice by seeing the result of shooting incident and the actual photos of the wounds with a little luck ill make it up to you to decide? Which round that you chose.the photo of ballistic jello documents the various cavity some different bullet grain and ill show you some actual wounds caused by similar ammunition, and some of the weapons it could be fired fromthis is an .223 caliber entry wound notice the oblong laceration in the wound probably from the round tumbling when striking the back of the arm.here is the exit wound ! notice the conical eruption in the wound channel kind a like a funnel i would say that this is from an ballistic tipped bullet or an soft tip hollow point, its such a traumatic wound Thur and Thur, the fellow survived! But i am sure he'll never forget the experience of ithere is an example of how the wound must look in an slice of ballistic jelly imagine the arm how the wound channeled out? Would you use this munition for self defense?here is some other examples of wound channels in jelly imagine the types of wound it would cause to an bad guy or an animal this depicts 115gr 6.8 spc round otm in the first picture then the variants of the 5.56 in different grains and brand of casing the bullet head is in cased in now here's and example of what it would possibly do to someones leg if hit by any of these projectileslook at the the thigh of this insurgent hit by an 30 caliber variant of these projectilesthis is the exit wound of the same leg on this guy not trying to have some sick expression in this article just trying to show the grim realities of the use of this ammunition on human target and its end result maybe the seriousness of this article will make you realize this is not a game out there its very real and deadlythis guy will probably lose his leg to this severe wound but see what i mean by the effect of the bullet on an adversarycheckout the x-ray and all of the bone and metal fragment pattern inside of the leg ouch what round would you use?TO BE CONTINUED IN PART TWO

THE RUGER SSR 5,56 GAS PISTON CARBINE
After a lot of reading and research , i have come to a conclusion about the ruger 556 it is a cheaper alternative to the 6.8 rifles and a very durable tuff tactical rifle that i am very considering to purchase before the Wilson combat tac- hunter just to consider cost to the old wallet besides you can shoot up to 62 grain 223 caliber projectile with just a minor turn of the gas plug for a price tag of just 1900.00 it is affordable for most people and average tactical shooters .
